摘要
从分析工业废物焚烧炉的热量平衡着手 ,分焚烧炉正常运行阶段和冷炉升温阶段两个方面探讨辅助燃料消耗量与废物热值及焚烧炉炉壁结构间的关系 ,并提出不需消耗辅助燃料时的最低废物热值和比较合理的炉壁厚度。
Based on the heat balance of the industrial waste incinerator, this paper reveals the relation between the fuel consumption and the heat value of the waste, and also the relation between that and the wall structure of the incinerator, in the two periods, i.e. the steady operation period and the warming-up period. Furthermore, the minimum heat value of the waste is given, with which no fuel consumption is necessary. And the reasonable thickness of the wall structure is also raised here.
