摘要
以丙烯酸 (AA) ,丙烯酸丁酯 (BA)和环氧氯丙烷 (EO)为主要原料 ,利用调聚反应合成了一种新的水溶性高分子齐聚物 PABE。采用失重法和电化学方法测定了 PABE在中性自来水溶液中对 Q2 35钢的缓蚀防锈性能 ,并研究了其吸附等温式。实验结果表明 :PABE缓蚀剂在低浓度范围内遵循 L angmuir吸附等温式 。
A new water soluble oligomer (PABE) was synthesized through telomerization by acrylic acid (AA), butyl acrylated (BA) and epichlorohydrin (EC) By methods of weight loss and electrochemical measurement the corrosion inhibition capability of PABE in neutral tap water with Q235 steel was measured and its adsorption isotherm was investigated The results indicated that PABE inhibition followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm in lower concentration and had good corrosion inhibition capability
