摘要
根据矿山实际,侯庄矿自行研究、设计并建造利用压滤尾砂现场二次造浆的胶结充填系统。在经过3次规划和改造后,胶结充填系统不断完善,最终实现了过程的自动化控制。3套胶结充填系统的效益参数对比表明,第3套系统造浆浓度稳定,灰沙比控制准确,充填质量和充填效率大幅度提高,满足了矿山生产需要。
Based on the actual situation, Houzhuang mine itself developed, designed and built the cemented filling sys- tem-the filling process with on-site secondary pulping by tailing filtration. After three times planning and renovations, the ce- mented filling system was constantly improved and eventually realized the automation control of the filling process. Through contrasting 3 sets of effective parameters in cemented filling system, the third system has a stable pulping concentration and accurately-controlled cement-sand ratio, and can greatly increase the filling quality and efficiency. It can meet the needs of production.
