摘要
对北京市某转运站的渗滤液采用混凝-Fenton-蒸发的联合工艺进行处理,并对影响该工艺的主要因素进行了分析研究。结果表明,在混凝正交最佳条件下,Fenton处理中初始pH为4.0,m1(H2O2/Fe2+)=8,m2(H2O2/COD0)=3,反应时间3 h,混凝pH为8.5,沉降时间1.5 h;蒸发处理中蒸发率为95%时渗滤液中COD和色度的总去除率分别达到97%和100%。出水水质满足北京市水污染排放标准(DB/307-2005)中排入城市污水管网的要求。
Combined coagulation-Fenton-evaporation method was used to treat transfer station leachate in Beijing.The main factors in the process were analyzed.The results indicated that under the coagulation orthogonal best condition,when the initial pH=4.0,m1(H2O2/Fe2+)=8,m2(H2O2/COD0)=3,the response time=3 h,coagulation pH=8.5,sediment time=1.5 h in the Fenton treatment and rate of evaporation(r) = 95% in the evaporation processing,the total removal rate of COD and chromaticity are were 97%,100% separately,respectively.The results also showed that the COD and chromaticity treated by this method all meet the requirements of the urban wastewater treatment plant of the discharge standard of water pollutants of Beijing(DB/307-2005).
