摘要
我国学界对经济伦理范畴的理解主要有经济的伦理、伦理的经济、经济与伦理等三种方式。虽然各有道理,但都没有揭示经济伦理的实质。根据历史唯物主义的基本原理,经济伦理是一种植根于人们经济交往关系中的伦理道德观念、规范和实践活动,其内涵有三:一是指经济关系的伦理意识即经济伦理意识,是人们关于经济关系的善与恶、是与非、正当与不正当、应该与不应该等价值取向的各种心理过程和观念;二是指经济行为的伦理准则即经济伦理规范,是指导和评价经济主体行为的善恶价值取向、调整主体与主体之间利益关系的行为规范;三是指经济主体的道德实践即经济伦理实践,是经济活动中经济主体的一切可以进行善恶评价的行为和活动,可分为经济个体道德活动和经济组织道德活动。当前经济伦理实践有提倡议、订守则,社会责任投资,创建伦理管理体系等形式。经济伦理意识、经济伦理规范和经济伦理实践这三方面相互依存、相互制约而构成一个有机整体。
It is academically proposed that there are three principal categories of economics ethic,namely,economic ethic,ethical economics and economics and ethic.They hold some truth but do not reveal the essence of economics ethic.According to the basic principles of historical materialism,economics ethic is the sum of ethical consciousness,norm and practice rooted in people’s economic intercourse and it has three connotations.Firstly,it refers to ethical consciousness of economic relationship,namely,consciousness of economics ethic,which is people’s psychological process and idea on value orientations such as good and evil,right and wrong,should and should not in economic relationship.Secondly,it refers to ethical norm of economic behavior,namely,norm of economics ethic,which is to guide and evaluate economic behavior subject’s value orientation of good and evil,and to adjust interests among different subjects.Thirdly,it refers to moral practice of economic subject,namely,practice of economics ethic.It is economic subject’s behavior and activity which can be evaluated as good and evil in economic activities and it involves moral activities of the individual and economic organization.Currently,practice of economics ethic includes forms such as taking initiatives and setting norms,socially responsible investment,creating ethical management system,etc.Economics ethic is an organic entity with its ethical consciousness,norm and practice interconnected,mutually restrained and interdependent.
