钢桥面铺装特点及设计要求综合分析 被引量:18

摘要 钢桥面铺装中对铺装层与钢桥面板之间的粘结强度、整体性和协同变形能力要求很高。目前我国的钢桥面铺装体系中双(单)层改性沥青SMA早期病害较多、双层环氧沥青混凝土非高温稳定性问题频繁,近年应用都比较少,浇筑式沥青混凝土+改性沥青SMA在一定程度上改善了桥面铺装的使用性能,但还存在桥面铺装在反复荷载下疲劳开裂、铺装层失稳,难以保证桥面铺装与钢桥面板的协同变形,难以同时满足铺装材料多项功能要求,钢桥面铺装工艺技术要求高,桥面维修工作难度大等问题。因此在钢桥面铺装方案论证和设计中,需综合考虑铺装材料各项性能的要求;选择具有较强协调变形能力的铺装材料;做好桥面防水;根据已有经验及实桥特点,采用全寿命设计理念,提高钢桥面铺装的耐久性。 For steel bridge deck pavement, the adhesive strength, integrity and synergistic deformation property between the pavement and the steel bridge deck plate are quite demanding. Currently, amongthe steel bridge deck pavement systems applied in China, the single layer modi-fied asphalt (SMA) and the double-layer modified asphalt are vulnerable to early damages, and the doubleqayer epoxy asphalt concrete is bothered by the frequently-appeared problem of ther- mal stability, all of these types of pavement have been sparingly used in recent years. The cast asphalt concrete plus modified asphalt (SMA), to certain extent, ameliorates the service per- formance of the bridge deck pavement, but the problems of fatigue fracture and pavement insta- bility under repeated loads still exist. Consequently, the synergistic deformation of the bridge deck pavement and steel bridge deck plate is not easy to guarantee, the functions of pavement ma- terials cannot be given a play simultaneously, the requirements for the paving technology are high, and the maintenance of bridge deck is difficult. Therefore, in the scheme argumentation and design of the bridge deck pavement, the requirements for each function of the pavement mate-rials should be comprehensively considered. It is better to choose the paving materials with strong synergistic deformation capacity and the deck waterproof should be well done. In addition, a life-time design concept should be followed according to the experience and characteristics of actual bridges, so as to improve the durability of the steel bridge deck pavement.
