摘要
针对磷石膏充填采空区存在废石堆量大、充填周期长、成本高等一系列问题,开磷集团马路坪矿对磷石膏浸润胶接废石充填技术进行了研究,并对该矿700中段的采空区进行充填,实现了废石与磷石膏混合充填胶接。实践表明,磷石膏浸润胶接废石充填采空区后,采空区稳定性有了明显提高,节省了成本,为其他类似矿山提供了参考。
Study on phosphogypsum waste rock filling method. was carried out in Maluping Mine, Kaiyang Phosphate Group ofaddressing a number of questions such as large quantities of waste rocks dump in the mined-out areas filled with phosphogyp sum, long period of phosphogypsum filling in high costs. Filling operation was conducted into the mined our areas at the middle level by waste residues mixed with phosphogypsum, playing a role in supporting and stahilizing roofs, The practice: showed that with the mined out areas being subject to filling with phospho- gypsum waste rock, stability of the mined out areas has remark able improvement with less costs, which can be provided to other mines as reference
