摘要 目的研究分析2-4岁儿童的营养状态与智力发育的相关性。方法随机选取2011年1月至2011年12月300例2-4岁儿童进行本次实验,使用儿童生长发育参考值(2006年)作为儿童营养状况的发育标准,评价营养正常、生长迟缓、低体重和消瘦者的智力发育情况。结果生长迟缓、低体重和消瘦组的智力发育水平中的各个指标均低于营养正常组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论儿童营养状况发育不佳会影响智力发育,需要医生引起重视。 Objective To explore the association of nutritional status with mental development of in chil- dren aged 2 to 4. Methods 300 children aged 2 to 4 were randomly selected to this study during January 2011 to December 2011. The reference values of child growth and development (2006) was used as the development standards for nutritional status in children. Mental development was assessed in children with normal nutrition, growth retardation, low birth weight, or emaciation. Results The indexes for mental development were lower in children with growth retardation, low birth weight, or emaciation than in those with normal nutrition (P〈0.05), with a statistical difference. Conclusions Poor nutritional status affects mental development in children, to which physicians should pay attention.
