摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和次磷酸钠(NaH_2PO_2·H_2O)为单体,水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成了含膦丙烯酸-AMPS二元共聚物(YSS-96),并对其阻垢和缓蚀性能进行了评定。结果表明,该共聚物不仅具有优良的阻垢分散性能,而且对碳钢也有很好的缓蚀作用,是一种性能优异的新型水质稳定剂。
AA/AMPS copolymer with phosphono-group (YSS-96) is synthesized from acrylic acid (AA ), 2-propylene amide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid (AMPS ) , and sodium hypophosphite (NaH2PO2 ·H2O) using water as solvent ,persulfate ammomium as initiator. The scale-inhibiting and corrosion-inhibiting performance of YSS-96 are evaluated. The experiment result shows that YSS-96 is a excellent water treatment agent with good antiscale, corrosion inhibition and dispersion performance.
