摘要
针对电力系统广域稳定控制存在运行方式多变和通信延迟等问题,提出了一种基于网络化预测控制的广域阻尼控制器设计方法。该网络化预测控制在改进的广义预测控制的基础上,增加了网络延迟补偿器以补偿固定和随机通信延迟。此外,还通过带变遗忘因子的递归最小二乘法在线辨识预测模型以消除系统运行状态改变和模型不精确的影响。对四机两区域系统进行仿真,结果表明:网络化预测广域阻尼控制器既能显著改善区间振荡模式的阻尼,同时也能够有效地补偿固定和随机通信延迟的影响。
With respect to the some problems of wide-area control power system,such as operating condition variation and communication delays et.al,a wide-area damping controller(WADC) based on networked predictive control(NPC) is proposed.The NPC,based on the modified generalized predictive control(GPC),increase networked delay compensator(NDC) to compensate the communication delays.Besides,the controlled auto-regressive moving average(CARMA) model,which is used as predictive model,is identified online using the recursive least-squares(RLS) with a variable forgetting factor algorithm.The simulation results of the two-area four-machine power system show that the proposed WADC can not only improve the damping performances of the inter-area oscillation,but also compensate both the constant and random communication delays effectively.
