摘要
论文调查了高校图书馆各种项目的管理概况,阐述了目前项目管理的现状和不足之处,指出利用当前流行的云服务可以有效帮助图书馆快速部署应用和管理项目。简要介绍了云计算概念和优点,简述了国内外主流的云计算服务商。本例采用新浪公司的云计算服务平台以及其所提供的应用,以南京大学图书馆CADAL数字化项目管理平台的搭建为例,说明实践过程和应用效果。
This paper surveys the current situation of project management in university libraries, analyses the current actualities and shortcomings of the project management, points out that using of the popular cloud services can help the library to quickly deploy applications and managing projects. It briefly introduces the concept and advantages of cloud computing and the main cloud computing service providers at home and abroad. This case uses the Sina＇s cloud services platform and its application. Based on the construction of CADAL digital project management system of Nanjing University Library, it illustrates the application process and the practice effect.
