摘要
为进一步提高水电工程项目评标的科学性和准确性,将物元分析方法和信息熵理论引入水电工程项目评标决策中,建立了基于复合物元与信息熵的水电工程项目评标模型。该模型首先构建了水电工程项目投标单位的复合物元,然后采用熵权和主观权重相集成的方法确定各评价指标的组合权重系数,最后通过计算综合关联度复合物元对各投标单位的优劣进行排序。实例应用结果表明,该模型合理可行,研究结果可为水电建设领域业主择优选择投标单位提供定量决策依据。
In order to further improve the scientificity and accuracy of hydropower project bidding evaluation, the matter element analysis method and information entropy theory are introduced into the project bidding evaluation decision. A new bidding evaluation model of hydropower project is established. Firstly, composite matter element of project bidding units is established. Secondly, the combination weight coefficient of each evaluation index is determined by means of in- tegrating the entropy weight and subjective weight. Then, the integral ranking of bidding units is obtained through calcu- lating the comprehensive correlative degree complex matter element. A case study is carried out, which indicates that the model is reasonable and feasible. The results can provide quantitative decision-making basis for the owners to select opti- mal bidding unit in the field of hydropower construction.
