职场排斥行为的分类、测量及其影响因素探讨 被引量:2

摘要 职场排斥指个体在职场中感到受忽视或受沉默性排挤的程度。职场排斥现象在现在的工作群体中大幅增加,不但有损于员工的心理健康,而且不利于组织效率的提高。文章对国内外职场排斥的相关研究进行了全面的分析和总结,介绍了职场排斥的含义、测量方式、影响因素以及预防应对方式,并进一步指出了未来研究的方向。
