摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类内源性非编码小RNA分子,主要通过抑制其靶基因而起到调控作用,在人体发育、细胞增殖、凋亡、激素分泌及肿瘤发生等多种生理和病理过程中发挥着重要作用。树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,并且不同成熟状态的DC对T细胞免疫有双向调节的作用。DC的成熟过程也受到miRNA的调控。现就近年来关于miRNA参与调节DC成熟相关信号机制的研究进展予以综述。 MieroRNA (miRNA)are small noncoding RNA molecules that regulate gene expression by in- hibiting the target raRNAs. They have important roles in various physiological and pathlogical processes inclu- ding body development, cell proliferation, apoptosis, hormone secretion and tumorigenesis. Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent professional antigen presenting cells(APC) of the immune system. Different mature states DCs play a two-way adjustment role in T cell immunity. The process of the DC maturation is also regu- lated by miRNAs. Here is to make a review on the research progress of miRNA involved DC maturation signa- ling pathway.
