间充质干细胞及其分化细胞治疗椎间盘退变的相关研究

摘要 椎间盘退变(IDD)是由诸多因素作用而导致的脊柱疾病,目前尚无高效的治疗方法。然而,间充质干细胞及其分化细胞治疗IDD的研究越来越受到重视。间充质干细胞可能通过与髓核细胞的相互作用及细胞本身增殖使外基质合成增加来修复退变椎间盘,但也可能是通过分化为其他细胞来修复退变椎间盘。现就近年来国内外间充质干细胞及其分化细胞治疗IDD的研究现状及其进展予以综述。 Intervertebral disc degeneration is a disease of the spine caused by various factors, where there is no effective treatment at the moment. Recently, disc degeneration treatment using mesenchymal stem cell and the differentiated cells has been paid more and more attention. Mesenchymal stem cell may cure the degenerated intervertebral disc through increasing extracellular matrix synthesis,which either ben- efits from its interplay with nucleus pulposus cell and proliferation or differentiated mesenchymal stem cell. Here is to make a review on the status and progress of intervertebral disc degeneration treatment using mesenchymal stem cells and the differentiated ceils.
