摘要
为对比砂岩人造岩心与天然岩心在封堵、伤害和酸溶等方面的特性,开展了动态岩心流动实验和静态实验。动态岩心流动实验评价结果表明:天然岩心和人造岩心对调削剂的堵水率均在99.3%~100.0%,耐冲刷性能均在98.8%~100.0%;完井液伤害规律为完井液1伤害率最小,完井液3伤害率最大,完井液2伤害率介于2者之间;压裂液伤害规律均为低伤害压裂液伤害率最小,常规胍胶压裂液伤害率最大,常规改性胍胶压裂液伤害率介于2者之间;酸化液酸溶规律为人造岩心渗透率提高率均低于天然岩心,渗透率提高率均为土酸最高、复合酸次之、盐酸最低。静态实验评价结果表明:天然岩屑和岩末在5种酸液中的静态溶蚀率均比人造岩屑和岩末高。砂岩人造岩心在调剖剂封堵、压裂液和完井液伤害、酸化液酸溶实验中与天然岩心规律一致。可代替天然岩心进行采油工程措施部分室内模拟实验。
The characteristics of the plugging, damage, acid solubility and so on are compared for the artificial sandstone cores and natural ones, the coreg dynamic flowing and static experiments are conducted. The evaluatiotl results of the former experiment show that the water plugged rate of profile controlling agent in these two kinds of cores is between 99.3% and 100. 0% , the eroding resistance performance is between 98.8% and 100. 0% ; the damage laws of completing fluid : the damage of No. 1 completing fluid is the least, but that of No. 3 completing flu- id is the most serious, and that of No. 2 completing fluid is just between the above two ; the damage laws of fractu- ring fluid : the damage rate of low-damage fracturing fluid is the least, but that of conventional guar gum fracturing fluid is on the contrary, while the rate of conventional modified guar gum fracturing fluid is between the above two ; the solubility laws of the acidizing fluid : the enhanced permeability of the artificial cores is less than that of the nat- ural ones, the rank of the permeability from top to bottom is mud acid, complex acid and hydrochloric acid. The e- valuation results of the static test show that the static solubility of the natural rock cuttings and powder in five kinds of acid solutions is higher than that of artificial ones. There are accordant laws in the plugging of profile controlling agent, the damage of the fracturing and completion fluids and the solubility experiments of the acidizing fluid for both artificial sandstone cores and natural ones, so the former can partially replace the natural cores to make lab. simulating test in oil production engineering stimulations.
