米非司酮对早孕胎盘绒毛CEACAM6表达的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察米非司酮对早孕胎盘绒毛CEACAM6表达的影响,探讨米非司酮导致流产的机制。方法将40例正常妊娠流产者随机分为药物流产组22例,人工流产组18例。免疫组化检测两组胎盘绒毛CEACAM6蛋白表达部位;Western blot检测CEACAM6蛋白表达水平并进行半定量分析。结果 CEACAM6在早孕胎盘绒毛的细胞滋养细胞和合体滋养细胞中均有表达;药物流产组CEACAM6蛋白的表达低于人工流产组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮可降低早孕胎盘绒毛中CEACAM6的表达水平,这可能是米非司酮导致流产的机制之一。
