摘要
目的了解儿科病区护士工作倦怠现状,为改善护士身心健康、提高护理质量提供参考依据。方法采用护士工作倦怠量表调查某市96名儿科护士,并分析其工作倦怠水平。结果①儿科护士情感耗竭维度较常模高,而去人格化、个人成就感维度较常模低(P<0.01);②合同制护士情感耗竭维度高于编内护士(P<0.05),已婚护士情感耗竭、去人格化的维度低于未婚护士,而个人成就感的维度却高于未婚护士(P<0.01);③护龄10年以下的儿科护士工作倦怠程度高于10年以上的护士(P<0.01);④三级医院个人成就感优于二级医院(P<0.01),但不同等级医院护士情感耗竭、去人格化维度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院管理者应高度关注儿科护士群体的工作倦怠现象,给予人性化管理,以利于护理质量的提高。
Objective To study the situation of job burnout among nurses in the Department of Pediatrics, and to provide reference for promoting physical and mental health and improving nursing quality. Methods A total of 96 nurses in the Department of Pediatrics were investigated with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Results (1) Comparing with the sample of Maslach, the nurses in the Department of Pediatrics had higher scores of Emotional Exhaustion and lower scores of Depersonalization and Personal Accomplishment (P〈0.01). (2) The contract nurses had higher scores of Emotional Exhaustion than that of registered nurses (P〈0.01). The married nurses had low- er scores of Emotional Exhaustion and Depersonalization, as well as higher scores of Personal Accomplishment, com- pared with the unmarried nurses (P〈0.01). (3) The nurses with a nursing age within I0 years had significantly higher degree of job burnout than those over 10 years (P〈0.01). (4) Nurses in tertiary hospital were superior to those in see- ondary hospital in Personal Accomplishment (P〈0.01), with no statistically significant difference in Emotional Exhaus- tion and Depersonalization (P〉0.05). Conclusion The nursing managers should pay close attention to job burnout among nurses in the Department of Pediatrics, and take effective measures to improve the situation of job burnout.
