摘要
目的:以胜任力理论及能岗匹配理论为导向,构建临床护理责任组长胜任力评价指标体系。方法:采用查阅文献法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法和李克5分度量法确定了护理责任组长胜任力评价指标体系的指标条目及内涵。结果:确立了责任组长胜任力评价指标体系:一级指标7个,二级指标26个。结论:护理责任组长胜任力评价指标的研究,专家积极系数和权威程度较高,意见相对集中,咨询结果可靠,具有较好的科学性、实用性,可作为临床责任组长选拔、培训及绩效考核的依据。
Objective: In competency theory skills post matching theory as the guide, constructing clinical nursing responsibility leader competency evaluation index system. Methods:by consulting literature ethod,questionnaire survey method,Delphi mathod and Li Ke five poins measurement method to determine the nursing responsibility leader competency evaluation indicator system of index entry and connotation. Results:establish the responsibility leader competency evaluation index system:One class index 7,Two class index 6. Conclusion:nursing responsibility leader competency evaluation esearch,experts positive coefficient and high degree of authority, opinions relative concentration,consulting results are reliable and has good scientific,practical and can be used for clinical responsibility laeder selection, training and performance evaluation basis.
