摘要
在实现不拆减速器拆链轮组件的基础上,通过对刮板输送机机头架结构、减速器输出轴连接形式、链轮组件结构和链轮组件受力状况的分析,最终依据实际工况,选择更加合理的结构和连接方式。
With the implementation of dismantling the sprocket assembly without dismantling the gearbox, this paper makes analyses to the head frame structure of scraper conveyor, the connection mode of gearbox, the assembly structure of sprocket and pressed condition of sprocket assembly, so that more reasonable structure and connection mode can be chosen based on actual working conditions.
