摘要
为了满足酒店业国际化发展的需要,高职院校实施双语教学刻不容缓。拟在强调"前厅与客房管理"这门专业课实施双语教学重要性的基础上,探讨了目前的教学现状,存在的问题以及解决的对策,为应用英语(涉外酒店管理)专业提高教学质量提供参考意见。
In order to meet the needs of the development of the hotel industry, vocational colleges must implement the bi- lingual teaching without delay. In this paper, based on stressing the importance of the implementation of bilingual teaching of Lobby and Room Management, it also discussed the current situation of this course, the problems and countermeasures in order to provide a reference for improving the quality of teaching of the practical English.
