摘要
成人在线学习心理与行为过程是一个可以整体解析为知、情、意、行的复杂系统,从中分别择取成人在线学习中典型的学业自我概念、学业情绪、学业韧性和学习行为,作为成人在线学习心理与行为关联模型的基本构成因素。采用文献研究、理论分析、实证测量等方法,通过自动模型界定搜寻、竞争模型路径分析、结构方程模型拟合检验与跨群组效度检验,建立了与实证观测数据适配良好、结构稳定的四因素关联模型(AOA-SERB)。揭示了成人在线学业情境中,学业自我概念、学业情绪、学业韧性、学习行为四因素及其内在维度之间的相互关系与作用机制,为深入研究成人在线学习心理与行为提供了理论借鉴,亦为远程教育院校深入了解成人在线学习心理与行为系统内在因素的作用机制,制订促进在线学业完成的干预实施策略,提供了路径参考。
The process of adult online learning psychology and behavior is a complex system with cognition, emotion, will and behavior. Adult Online Academic Self-concept (AOAS), Adult Online Academic Emotion (AOAE), Adult Online Academic Resilience (AOAR) and Adult Online Academic Behavior (AOAB) are chosen as the basic constituent elements of Association Model of adult online learning psychology and behavior (AOA-SERB). By literature review, theoretical analysis and empirical measurement, and through automatic model specification search, competition model path analysis, structural equation model fit testing and cross-group validity testing, the four factors association model (AOA-SERB) with structural stability is established, which also fits well with the empirical observed data. The model reveals the relationship and mechanisms between the above-mentioned four factors in the adult online academic context, provides a theoretical reference for in-depth study on adult online learning psychology and behavior, gives distance education institutions an insight into the mechanism of the internal factors of adult online learning psychology and behavior system, and sheds light on developing the intervention strategies to promote completion of their online academic assignment.
