摘要
传统的数据包络分析法只能区分有效与无效决策单元,不能将有效决策单元作进一步的区分和排序。改进后的数据包络分析模型克服了传统模型缺陷,能对有效的决策单元进一步区分与排序,从而扩展其应用性。将改进后所得的超效率DEA模型应用于铝企业技术创新效率测度与评价中,对所有被考察企业的相对效率进行排序,并在横向范围内对企业技术创新效率的领先度进行测度。
Traditional data envelopment analysis model (DEA) can only distinguish efficient decision - making units (DMUs) from invalid DMUs, but it can' t rank the efficient DMUs further. The improved DEA model can overcome the traditional model' s shortcomings, and it can rank the efficient DMUs further. So the model' s application value is extended. The improved data envelopment analysis method was applied for measuring innovation efficiency of aluminium - industry enterprise and ranking all the enterprise ( DMUs ) including the efficient DMUs. Finally, the leading degree of enterprise technology innovation was measured from the horizontal aspect. The research method possesses much learned value and realistic significance.
