摘要 在自制的固定床反应器上以水葫芦为原料进行快速催化热解制氢研究,考察了反应温度及4种催化剂(NaCl、Na2CO3、KOH和分子筛HZSM-5)在不同反应温度下对热解气产率、气体成分及H2产率的影响。结果表明:无催化剂条件下,随着反应温度的升高,热解气产率、H2的体积分数及产率上升;催化剂的添加能够改变热解气中各成分的含量,除Na2CO3外,在其它3种催化剂作用下,H2的体积分数显著提高,CO2的体积分数显著下降,CO的体积分数有所下降,CH4的体积分数有所提高;另一方面,升高反应温度有助于提高催化剂的催化效果,不同催化剂的催化热解效果并不相同,其中NaCl、分子筛HZSM-5和KOH均能提高H2产率,达到催化热解制氢的目的,而Na2CO3的催化效果并不明显。 The fast catalytic pyrolysis of water hyacinth for producing hydrogen has been carried out in a self-made fixed-bed reactor. The effects of reaction temperature and four kinds of eatalysts(NaCl, Na2CO3, KOH,HZSM-5) on the yield and composition of pyrolysis gas and the yield of hydrogen at different temperatures are studied. The results show that the yield of pyrolysis gas,the volume fraction and the yield of hydrogen all increase along with the rise of reaction temperature without the presence of catalyst. The volume fraction of all kinds of gas change along with the addition of catalyst. In the presence of the catalysts except Na2CO2, ,the volume fraction of hydrogen increases greatly, the volume fraction of CO2 decreases dramatically, the volume fraction of CO decreases slightly, the volume fraction of CH4 improves a little. On the other hand, the rise of reaction temperature can improve the effect of catalysts, addition of NaCI, KOH and HZSM-5 can increase the yield of hydrogen which reaches to answer the purpose of catalytic pyrolysis for producing hydrogen, however,the addition of Na2CO3 has no obvious effect on the yield of hydrogen.
