摘要
加强协同研究是提升科研创新绩效的必要路径,知识结构、组织结构、评价结构等结构性问题影响着高校协同研究,表现为理论创新和知识增值缓慢。文章通过对结构性问题的分析,认为制度引导方向问题阻碍着知识结构的优化、组织结构的开放和评价结构的完善,而克服制度障碍需要政府的介入、高校的主动和企业、社会团体的紧密合作。应以高校整合人才资源、打造特色优势研究团队;激励产学研合作、建立协同创新的利益机制;改善成果质量评价方式,促进协同研究。
Strengthening the eooperative study is to promote the scientific research innovation performanee. Structural problems such as knowledge strueture, organization structure, evaluation structure affeet universities' eooperative researeh, which slow down the theory innovation and value-added knowledge. Based on the struetural analysis, the paper suggests that the system-guide policy hinders the optimization of the knowledge structure, the openness of organization structure and the improvement of evaluation structure. To overcome the system obstacle, the intervention of government, Universities and enterprises, and social organizations should actively integrate together, building research team; motivating research cooperation, establishing the coordinative innovation interest meehanism, improving outcome quality evaluation methods so as to foster eollaborative researeh.
