摘要
采用 PVC弹性填料进行好氧生物膜法气体脱硫研究 ,结果表明 :微生物挂膜速度快 ,驯化时间短 ,抗冲击负荷能力较强。在空速 1 0 0~ 2 0 0 h- 1、喷淋水量 1 0 0 0~ 1 50 0 L/( m3· h)、进气 H2 S质量浓度 <1 2 0 0 mg/m3时 ,H2 S去除率达 90 %以上。
The removal of H 2S in gas by aerobic biological process with PVC elastic filler has been studied.The results show that the process is characterized by fast biofilm cultivation,short acclimation period and high capacity against shock loading.The removal efficiency of H 2S is over 90% under the following conditions:100~200h -1 of space velocity,1000~1500L/(m 3·h)of water spray and less than 1200mg/m 3 of H 2S concentration.
