摘要
提出了一种可用于AP1000核电主管道加工的双逆螺旋转动关节,对转动关节的工作原理及机械结构进行了详细介绍。研究了双逆螺旋转动关节的机械原理、结构、整机性能、可靠性及控制等问题。针对双逆螺旋转动关节建立了一整套参数计算公式,可由转动关节内外转动副的螺旋角及中径、直线推程、油缸直线运动速度等参数计算出相应的转动关节总输出转角、转动速度及输出转矩等。通过Pro ENGINEER对转动关节三维建模,并利用Pro ENGINEER/Mechanism工具对转动关节进行三维实体仿真以验证理论公式的正确性及转动关节机构的可行性,同时针对转动关节最薄弱的零件进行有限元静力分析,保证转动关节整体可靠性。最后对转动关节的控制系统及原理作了简要介绍。
A double inverse spiral revolute jointss used for processing the AP1000 nuclear main pipeline is presented.Its mechanical structure and working principle are introduced in detail.The mechanical principles,structure,machine performance,reliability and control of the double inverse spiral revolute joints are studied.A set of formula is established,which can calculate the corresponding total output of the rotational joint angle,rotation speed and output torque from the parameters such as helix angle and diameter,linear degreed,cylinder linear motor speed etc.of the double inverse spiral revolute joints.Three-dimensional modeling of the revolute joints by Pro ENGINEE is built,three-dimensional simulation is carried out through the Pro ENGINEER/Mechanism to verify the correctness of theoretical formula and the feasibility of revolute joints mechanism,and for the weakest part of revolute joints to ensure the overall reliability of revolute joints,a finite element static analysis is carried out.Finally,the control principle and system of the revolute joints are briefly introduced.
