摘要
转炉厂回收连铸机结晶器冷却水余压以及转炉炉体、氧枪冷却水余压驱动冷却塔风机,介绍余压回收系统的工艺设计、流程、运行情况,在不增加水泵负荷、冷却效果满足生产工艺要求的前提下,年节电107kW·h。
Cooling water overpressure of the caster mould, the converter vessel and the oxygen lance in Converter Plant was recovered to drive the blowers of cooling tower. The process design, flow and operation of overpressure recovery system were introduced, annual power economy was 107kW·h without increasing water pump load while cooling effects meeting with the process requirements.
