摘要
通过德尔菲法将传媒上市公司风险分为环境风险、过程风险和决策信息风险三大类,作为风险评价一级指标。在三类风险基础上细分为10个具体风险点,作为风险评价二级指标。再采用模糊层次分析法分析出各级指标的权重,运用模糊综合评判法对某传媒上市公司承担风险情况进行定量分析,得出该上市公司风险程度。
With Delphi method, categorize the risk of media listed companies into environmental risk, process risk and decision - making information risk. They are level - one indicators for risk evaluation. Subdivide the three types of risk into 10 specific risk points. They are level - two indicators for risk evaluation. Use Fuzzy Analytie Hierarchy Process to analyze the weights of all the indicators, and use fuzzy integrated evaluation method to conduct a quantitative analysis of the risk of a media listed compa- ny, and the degree of the risk of the company is obtained.
