摘要
近些年来,我国加快推进千万千瓦级风力发电项目的实施,却忽视了小型风电产业的发展。本文在简单介绍小型风力发电及分布式发电的基础上,深入分析了我国发展小型风电的必要性和现实可行性,研究了中国小型风电产业的发展现状和存在问题,并提出了一些推动中国小型风力发电产业的发展建议。
In recent years, China has speeded up to develop the base construction of million kilowatts wind power, but small wind power industry is neglected in the country. Based on a brief overview of small-scale wind power generation and distributed generation, this paper studies the devel opment of Chinese small wind power, in-depth analysis the necessity and practical feasibility for developing small wind power in China, and made some suggestions to promote China＇s small-scale wind power development.
