摘要
本文主要针对家电产品的特点介绍了可靠性开展的原则、以及产品从设计到流通环节所涉及到的可靠性工作,并将主要可靠性工作归类为可靠性设计、可靠性试验、可靠性制造、失效分析四个方面,结合一些可靠性经验对如何开展这几个方面的工作进行了阐述,并对开展可靠性工作给出了相关建议。
This article maily considering the characteristics of home appliances , make introdunction on the principle of how to carry out reliability work , as well as the reliability work on a prouct from design to circulation related to.Classified the major reliability work as reliability design, reliability testing, reliability, manufacturing, failure analysis four aspects .Combined with some reliability work experience ,make elaboration on how to carry out the work of those four aspects, and give relevant suggestion on how to carry out reliability work.
