摘要
以跨企业融知网络的结构特征为背景,分析协同创新过程中的结构洞约束及由节点吸收能力和知识关联度决定的多维知识流关系。在观察创新节点知识缺口需求的基础上,着重研究了融知网络的自组织倾向与路径选择机制。然后从网络节点匹配与选择关系入手,构建了融知路径选择模型,并通过融知网络分层级重构与路径优化,实现了企业融知与创新效率的提升。最后进行了算例分析,并提出了相关对策。
This paper analyzes the constraints of structure holes, as well as the multidimensional knowledge flow relations that are determined by the knowledge absorptive capacity of nodes and the correlation between each other in the process of coordinated innovation in the context of the features of knowledge-syncretism network structures for cross-enterprises. It aims to research the tendency of self-organizational and path selection mechanism of the knowledge-syncretism network. The goal can be achieved by observing the demands of knowledge gap of innovative nodes. In order to realize the improvement of the efficiency of knowledge-syncretism and the innovation for enterprises, it is devoted to propose an optimal selective model that is related to knowledge-syncretism path and the reconfiguration of hierarchy in the perspective of the matching and selective relations of nodes on the knowledge-syncretism network. Finally, a numeric example and corresponding countermeasures are oresented.
