摘要
介绍念珠菌性阴道炎及抗菌药物的研究进展。综合归纳国内外相关文献,阐述念珠性阴道炎诱发因素,诊断要点,疾病特点及此病抗真菌药物应用的研究进展。念珠菌性阴道炎感染发病复杂,预后较差,但是抗真菌药物研发的不断进步,为临床医生用药提供了更多选择,念珠菌性阴道炎的治疗和预后将逐步得到改善。念珠菌性阴道炎抗菌药物的研究进展对临床合理有效地用药具有指导意义。
To introduce study progress on antifungal drugs of Candida vaginitis, and provide relevant for rational basis clinical drug use. Comprehensive summary of domestic and foreign literature, elaborate candida vaginitis＇s predisposing factors, diagnosis, disease characteristics and study progress on antifungal drugs. This study demonstrate that Candida vaginitis infection diagnosis difficult and poor prognosis. But with the antifungal drugs development progress, the clinician＇s drug use had more choices. Candida vaginitis treatment and prognosis will be gradually improved. We think that the research of Candida vaginitis antifungal drugs had guiding significance on clinical reasonable medication.
