摘要
文章提出了一种将全生命周期评价(LCA)与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)相结合的产品创新设计方法,结合生态设计要求与TRIZ理论中的技术矛盾与创新原理完成产品的初步设计,然后通过已有产品的数据清单等数据拟定该产品的生命周期数据,建立产品的LCA模型,最后对模型进行生命周期评价,从而确定产品整个生命周期是否符合生态设计的要求。结果证明,该方法可以弥补传统设计不能有效考虑产品整个生命周期内环境影响的缺陷。
An innovative product design method that integrates the life cycle assessment(LCA) and Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ) is presented. Firstly, the preliminary design of the product is completed by integrating the eco-design requirements, the technical contradiction and the innovation principle in TRIZ. Secondly, the product life cycle data are protocolled through the da- ta list of existing.products and other data so as to establish the LCA model of the product. Finally, the life cycle assessment of the model is made to determine whether the entire life cycle of the product meets the requirement of eeo-design. The results show that the presented method can make up for the shortcoming that the traditional design methods can not effectively take into account the environmen- tal impact of products throughout their life cycle.
