不同酸蚀方法对窝沟封闭疗效的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的用自酸蚀和37%磷酸酸蚀后行乳磨牙窝沟封闭术,比较窝沟封闭剂的保留率及龋齿的预防情况。方法选择34~47个月38例124颗窝沟较深、易患龋的乳磨牙,采用自身半口对照方法,随机选择一侧乳磨牙采用自酸蚀剂酸蚀,另一侧则采用37%磷酸酸蚀,然后行窝沟封闭术。术后3个月、6个月、12个月分别复查,检查窝沟封闭剂保留情况和患龋情况。结果 3个月、6个月两组窝沟封闭剂保留情况和患龋情况无明显差异。12个月37%磷酸酸蚀组窝沟封闭剂保留率高于自酸蚀组,龋坏率低于自酸蚀组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。龋坏主要发生于封闭剂脱落的牙合面窝沟处,两组均出现了邻面龋。结论 37%磷酸酸蚀法窝沟封闭术远期疗效好于自酸蚀法,临床操作时应优先选择磷酸酸蚀法。 Objective To compare the retention and caries prevention of fissure sealant on the primary molars etched with self-etdhing and 37% phosphoric acid in children. Methods 124 deep pits and fissures , decayde teeth easiedly were chosen in 34 -47 months old children. The split-mouth design was used in this study. Primary molars were randomly assigned into serf-etching adhesive group in one side of mouth, and phosphoric acid group in the other side, then fissure sealant was done. The children were followed up every 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, the sealants and caries were observed and evaluated. Re- suits After 3 months and 6 months, the retention rate and situation of caries were no different between two groups. But after 12 months, the retention rate of 37% phosphoric acid group was statistically higher than that of serf-etching adhesive group, caries occurred in 37% phosphoric acid group was lower than serf-etching adhesive group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Caries occurred in both groups if without fissure sealant. Two groups all had adjacent surface caries. Conclusion 37% phosphoric acid have good effect than serf-etching adhesive in fissure sealant in long term and is suitable for pits and fissures in clinic.
