摘要
采用实地调查、问卷调查、个案研究和访谈等研究方法,对美国中小学体育后备人才培养过程进行研究。美国学校体育在其整个教育体系中占有较高地位。体教结合是美国中小学体育后备人才培养的显著特点,严格的学籍管理规定,保证了学生运动员文化素质与运动成绩的全面发展。青少年对体育运动的强烈兴趣,学校对学生运动员良好的教育与训练管理,促进了美国竞技运动水平的持续发展和不断提高。强大的社会运动俱乐部为美国体育后备人才的培养提供了强有力的支撑,学校运动队与社会运动俱乐部互为补充,保证了体育后备人才的大规模培养。
The field investigations, surveys, case studies and interviews were adopted to analyze the A- merican primary and secondary reserve sports talents cultivation process. U.S. school sports occupy a higher position in the whole education systerrL Combining education and sport is a notable feature of U. S. school sports reserve personnel training, the strict enrollment regulations to ensure all-round develop- ment and cultural qualities of the student athletes and athletic performance. Strong interest in youth sports, school student athletes with a good education and training management promotes the sustainable development of the level of competitive sports in the United States and continues to increase. Large-scale cultivation of the powerful social sports club for the training of reserve forces of the United States sports provides strong support school sports teams with complementary social sports club and sports talented guarantee.
