变电站35kV系统电弧光保护的设计与应用

摘要 高载能变电站35 kV系统易发生近端短路故障,伴随产生电气弧光,导致故障范围扩大,危害设备安全。针对上述问题,在采用电压、电流作为保护动作判据的基础上,引入电弧光保护装置作为保护动作判据,并对电弧光保护系统的3种配置方案进行比较分析,认为方案1中主单元包含电流闭锁单元,通信采用光纤,较为合理。将方案1应用于某变电站,弧光保护装置可以捕捉到电气弧光,可保护35 kV母线、开关柜安全,提高了供电可靠性。 Near end short circuit fault easily occurred in 35 kV high load substation system, along with producing electric arc, which led to failure expanded, and endangered safety of equipment. In view of the above issues, the author injected arc protection device as criterion of protection, and made comparison of 3 configuring solutions of arc protection system, based on the usage of voltage and current as criterion of protection. The conclusion is that main unit contains current locking unit, and that communication adopting optical fiber was reasonable. Arc protection device could capture the electric arc, protect ed the 35 kV bus and switch cabinet safety, and improveed power supply reliability with project one in some substation.
