饲料酸化剂对冬毛期水貂生产性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 将健康、体重相近的雄性育成前期短毛黑水貂100只,随机分成10组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础鲜料,试验组(Ⅱ—Ⅹ组)分别添加0.4%、0.6%、0.8%的磷酸;0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的柠檬酸;0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的乳酸。结果表明,饲料酸化剂能极显著地降低饲料及胃液pH(P<0.01),柠檬酸调节饲料、胃肠道pH能力不如乳酸、磷酸;能显著提高冬毛期水貂生产性能,屠宰体重差异明显,Ⅹ组分别比对照组和Ⅴ组高12.27%和17.84%;体长差异显著(P<0.05),处理Ⅳ最高,对照组最低;鲜皮长、鲜皮重无显著差异(P>0.05),处理Ⅹ最佳;对血清尿素氮(BUN)和IgA等血清生化指标影响显著(P<0.05);对水貂肾重、脾重影响显著(P<0.05)。结果显示,水貂饲料中添加1.5%乳酸,能起到调节饲料和胃肠道pH、获得最佳生产性能、保障心肝脾肾等脏器健康的作用,并得到血液生化指标的印证,在该试验范围内是最合理的。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of phosphoric acid, citric acid and lactic acid levels on the production performance and blood biochemical indices in furring mink, and aimed to discuss a suitable supplemental kind and level of acidifier for the minks. One hundred black male minks were randomly divided into 10 groups, 10 minks per each. The control was fed conventional fresh diet,the testing groups were applied acidifier, respectively, phosphoric acid 0.4%(II), 0.6% (III)and 0.8%(IV),citric acid 0.5%(V), 1.0%(VI)and 1.5%(VII), lactic acid 0.5%(VIII), 1.0%(IX)and 1.5%(X). The results indicated that compared with control group supplement acidifier reduced the pH of diet and gastric juice significantly (P〈0.05), and citric acid was the lowest among these three kinds of acidifier in adjustment the pH of diet and gastric juice ability. The slaughter weight in 1.5% lactic acid group was higher than the control and groupV, respectively higher, 12.27% (P〉0.05), 17.84% (P〉0.05). There was clearly different (P〈0.05) among each group in the body length, and group IV was the longest. The length and weight of fresh skin had no significantly different (P〉0.05), the group X was the best. There were significantly difference in the weight of spleen and kidney (P〈0.05), control group and group IV was the highest, the heart and liver had no (P〉0.05). The contents of serum BUN, IgA had significantly difference among groups, the group IV, I, and X was the highest, and no significant difference was found in TP (P〉0.05), GLU (P〉0.05), T3 (P〉0.05), T4 (P〉0.05), IgG (P〉0.05), IgM (P〉0.05). The results showed that it could significantly adjust the pH of diet and gastrointestinal tract, improve the production performance and ensure the health of viscera and confirmed by some serum biochemical indices, applied 1.5% of lactic acid during hair growth period in mink diets and
