棉织物碱前处理工艺废水污染性评价及工艺优化

摘要 针对棉织物两步法前处理工艺优化问题,通过对织物处理效果以及废水污染性的分析,得出影响织物前处理效果以及废水污染性的主要因素,结合两者,得出最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下(处理温度90℃×50min,氢氧化钠20g/L,精炼剂FK-ST10b 0.5g/L,100%双氧水3.0g/L,硅酸钠1.0g/L),废水污染性显著降低,COD值降低23.6%,且织物白度和毛效能够达到织物前处理要求。 For the purpose of optimizing the process craft of the two-step pretreatment, this paper researched the treatment effects and the pollution evaluation of waste water, and got the main influence factors. Through the research on both of them, the result showed the process craft of the two-step pretreatment which gets balance between both of them: the concentration of NaOH, refining agent FK-ST10b, H202(100%), Na2SiO3 are 20g/L, 0.5g/L, 3.0g/L, 1.0g/L at 90℃ for 50min. On this condition, the pollution evaluation of waste water significantly reduced, COD value can be reduced by 23.6%, and the whiteness and capillary effect of the fabric can achieve the fabric 13rocessing requirements.
