N gene and its application on marker-assisted breeding for tobacco resistant to TMV

摘要 N基因是控制烟草花叶病毒发生的最有效基因。本文详细阐述了烟草花叶病毒的发现、基因组结构及致病机制,并对N基因的基因组结构、表达、抗TMV机理和N基因的分子标记方法做了详细介绍,最后对该技术的发展前景提出了展望。 N gene is the most effective gene to control the tobacco mosaic virus. This article makes a brief introduction to the concept, type, characteristics and applications of molecular markers, elaborating on the discovery, genome structure and pathogenic mechanism of the tobacco mosaic virus, making detailed intro- duction for the genomic structure, expression, mechanism of resistance to TMV and molecular marker methods of N gene. Finally, putting forward the prospects for the development of the technology.
