摘要
目的探讨游离第二趾甲背皮瓣与对侧第二趾胫侧皮瓣瓦合修复手指Ⅰ度套脱伤的可行性。方法测量50例成人中指背侧部分长度(H1),近端宽度(H2),远端宽度(H3);掌侧部分长度(H4),近端宽度(H5),远端宽度(H6);第二趾甲背皮瓣理论最大可切取范围的长度(F1),近端宽度(F2),远端宽度(F3);第二趾胫侧皮瓣理论最大可切取范围的长度(F4),近端宽度(F5),远端宽度(F6)。采用SPSS13.0软件处理数据并将相应径线的差值与零比较。结果F1平均(4.98±0.52)cm〉H1平均(3.82±0.20)cm(P〈0.05);F4平均(4.58±0.34)cm〉H4平均(3.91±0.20)cm(P〈0.05);(F2+F5)平均(6.39±0.47)cm〉(H2+H5)平均(5.40±0.36)cm(P〈0.05);(F3+F6)平均(4.79±0.34)cm〉(H3+H6)平均(3.93±0.32)cm(P〈0.05)。结论第二趾甲背皮瓣与对侧第二趾胫侧皮瓣瓦合能够覆盖手指Ⅰ度套脱伤的创面。
Objective To study the feasibility of repairing class Ⅰ degloving injuries of the fingers with wrap-around and tibial flaps of the second toes. Methods Measurements were obtained from 50 adults to acquire the length (HI), the proximal width (H2) and the distal width (H3) of dorsal part of the middle finger; the length (H4), the proximal width (H5) and the distal width (H6) of the volar aspect of the middle finger; the length (F1), the proximal width (F2) and the distal width (F3) of the wrap around flap of the second toe; the length (F4), the proximal width (FS) and the distal width (F6) of the tibial flap of the second toe. These data were processed by SPSS 13.0 software, and the difference of corresponding diameters was compared to zero. Results The measurements and statistical analysis showed F1 (4.98 ± 0.52) cm 〉 H1 (3.82 ± 0.20) cm, P 〈 0.05; F4(4.58±0.34) cm〉H4(3.91±0.20) cm, P〈0.05; (F2±F5)(6.39±0.47) cm〉 (H2±H5) (5.40±0.36) cm, P〈0.05; (F3±F6)(4.79±0.34) cm〉(H3±H6)(3.93±0.32) cm, P〈0.05. Conclusion The wound of class Ⅰ degloving injuries of the fingers can be covered with wrap-around flap of the second toe combining with tibial flap of the opposite second toe.
