钼靶X线摄影与MRI联合应用对乳腺疾病的诊断价值 被引量:10

The value of mammography combined with MRI in the diagnosis of breast diseases

摘要 目的探讨钼靶X线摄影与MRI联合应用对乳腺良恶性病变的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析有病理结果的乳腺疾病60例,均行X线钼靶检查,MRI平扫、动态增强及弥散加权成像扫描,分析其影像学表现及MRI强化特征、表观扩散系数(ADC)值的大小。结果 X线钼靶42例诊断与病理一致,准确率70%;MRI 54例诊断与病理相符,准确率90%。钼靶X线与MRI联合应用58例诊断与病理一致,准确率96.7%。三者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钼靶X线摄影与MRI联合应用提高了乳腺疾病的诊断准确性。 Objective To explore the value of digital mammography combined with MRI in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions. Methods Data of 60 patients with breast diseases diagnosed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, who underwent digital mammography, MRI scanning without contrast, dynamic contrast enhanced scanning and diffusion-weighted imaging scanning. The imaging findings, MRI enhancement features and the value of diffusion-weighted imaging of ADC size were analyzed. Results The accordance rate of X ray mammography with pathological diagnosis was 70% (42/60), which of MRI with pathological diagnosis was 90% (54/60) and which of combined X ray mammography and MRI with pathological diagnosis was 96.7% (58/60). The differences of accordance rates were statistically significant among three groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Molybdenum target X-ray photography combined with MRI improves the diagnostic accuracy of breast disease.
