摘要
某铝土矿工艺矿物学研究发现,该矿属于一水硬铝石—高岭石型铝土矿,一水硬铝石品位较低且与脉石共生关系密切。在矿石性质研究并借鉴相关经验的基础上,采用油酸钠和庚基羟肟酸的药剂组合作为捕收剂,使铝硅比从3.2提高到8.09,回收率为74.36%。
The mineralogy study of a bauxite ore shows that the ore belongs to the type of diaspore- kaolinite bauxite. The diaspora is low in grade and intimately intergrown with the gangue minerals. According to the mineral properties and the original production experience, the combination collectors, i.e. sodium oleate and heptyl hydroxamic acid, are adopted to increase the A/S (the ratio of aluminum to silicon) from 3.2 to 8.09, and the recovery of A1203 is 74.36%.
