摘要
基于有限元理论方法对刮板输送机减速器的齿轮应力进行分析,提出斜齿轮的参数化建模与装配方法,实现接触齿面精确建模,对其工作状态下的接触应力与弯曲应力进行分析。
Based on the method of finite element theory to analyse the stress of gear in the scraper conveyor, the methods of parametric modeling and assembling are proposed, then an accurate of tooth contact model was achieved ,the contact and bending stress of working state are analyzed.
