摘要
介绍了放顶煤液压支架,利用Solidworks三维软件对顶梁进行了建模,并使用ANSYSWorkbench对4种不同受力方式进行了有限元的受力分析,得出顶梁在不同情况下最大应力和存在危险的部位,为支架的设计与改进提供了理论依据。
This article introduces the caving coal hydraulic support, using the Solidworks software on canopy are modeled, and use ANSYS Workbench for 4 different stress is carried out by means of a finite element stress analysis of beam in different situations, that the maximum stress and the presence of the dangerous part, to support the design and provides a theoretical basis for optimizing.
