摘要
为了给有机农产品安全生产和农业废弃物资源化、肥料化及循环利用提供参考依据,采用大棚内随机区组试验,以不施肥和单施化肥为对照,在施入总养分等量条件下,研究了菜籽饼肥与沼肥、猪厩肥及磷钾铵三元复合肥的配施对大棚草莓品质及土传病害发生率的影响。结果表明,菜籽饼肥与有机肥的配施降低了大棚草莓果实中的硝酸盐及可滴定酸含量,提高了果实中Vc、可溶性糖、粗蛋白含量及糖酸比,降低了大棚草莓根腐病、白粉病及灰霉病的发生率;且与单施化肥处理的差异达到显著或极显著。揭示饼肥与不同有机肥配施可显著提高大棚草莓果实营养品质、风味及大棚草莓土传病害的抗病性。
In order to support safe production of organic agricultural products, resource and fertilizer recy- cling of agricultural waste, we employed the greenhouse randomized block experiment to analyze the effects of combined application of rape-seed cakes, biogas residue, pig manure and phosphorus and potassium ammonium NPK fertilizers on the quality and the incidence of the soil-borne diseases of greenhouse strawberry with the equivalent amounts of nutrients, taken no fertilizer and single application of chemical fertilizer as control. The results indicate that the proper application of rape-seed cakes and other organic fertilizers significantly reduce the nitrate content and titratable acidity, improve the Vc content, the soluble sugar content, sugar acid ratio and crude protein content, and reduce the incidence of strawberry root rot, powdery mildew, gray mold etc; the combined application of rape-seed cakes and other organic fertilizers reach significant difference or extremely significant difference compared with single application of chemical fertilizer. It is suggested that combined application is fea- sible to increase the fruit nutrient quality, the tastes and the resistance to soil-borne diseases for the application of rape-seed cake and other organic fertilizers.
