酚醛树脂基炭-炭复合膜的制备

摘要 本文用浸渍法制备了酚醛树脂基管式炭 -炭复合膜 ,采用泡点法对其孔径及孔径分布进行了测定。实验结果表明 :浸渍法可以有效地改善炭支撑体孔径分布 ,随着浸渍液浓度及浸渍次数的增加 ,炭膜平均孔径变小 ,孔径分布变窄 ;热解条件对炭膜性能也有影响 ,适宜的热解条件是 :升温速率 3℃ /min,热解终温 80 0℃ ,恒温时间 0~ 30 min。扫描电镜对炭膜断面微观形态观察表明 ,膜层与支撑体之间结合良好。 A carbon composite membrane was prepared by soaking a thermosetting phenolic resin based carbon pipe as carbon membrane support, with a ethano solution of phenol-formaldehyde(PF) resin. The effects of soaking and following pyrolysis on the pore size and its distribution of the carbon membrane were studied. The results indicated that the mean pore size of carbon membrane decreased with the increase of PF concentration in the solution and soaking times; The pyrolysis conditions also affect the pore size distribution of carbon membrane. The preferable pyrolysis conditions are: heating rate 3℃/min, end temperature 800℃ and thermostatic temperature time:0-30min. The SEM analysis of the cross-section of the carbon membrane shows a good combination between the support and membrane.
