摘要
辽阳市是辽宁省水资源丰富的城市之一，而且开发利用程度高，为鞍山和辽阳的工业和城市生活用水提供了资源保证；在水资源的长期开发利用中发生诸多问题；针对存在问题，从水资源及开发利用现状提出对策。
The city Liaoyang is one of the richest of water resources in Liaoning province. and the water is utilized in higher degree. The water ensures the industrial development and urban life water supply in Anshan, as well as Liaoyang. There are many problems of water utilization. so the author give some suggestions of the water resources utilization in the paper.
