摘要
目的了解护理专业实习生关怀能力现状,探讨其相关影响因素,以提出针对性的培养策略,提高实习护生的关怀能力。方法采用问卷调查法,对在某三级甲等医院实习8个月及以上的实习护生就关怀能力、关怀知识获取途径、关怀实施情况进行调查。调查问卷包括人口统计学资料调查表、关怀能力评价量表和护理关怀的认知及其临床应用情况调查表,问卷设1个开放性问题了解影响护生实施关怀的因素。结果本组护生总体关怀能力评分为(177.5±17.0)分,低于国外常模;受教育水平不同、实习时间不同的护生在关怀能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响护生关怀能力的主要因素:护理人员配备不足、护理人员自身修养及素质、不同文化背景的病人对关怀需要个体差异性等。结论护生关怀能力评分总体低于国外水平,本科与大专护生关怀能力比中专护生强,应加强实习护生关怀能力的培养,以提高其自信心及临床实践能力。
Objective To understand the caring ability of nursing students, to explore its influencing factors and to provide training strategies for improving nursing students' caring ability. Methods The survey was conducted among 120 nursing students with the questionnaire of demographic data, Caring Ability Inventory and the questionnaire of nursing care cognition and clinical application. Results The total score of nursing students' caring ability was 177.5±17.0, which was lower than that of the foreign norm. Scores from nursing students with different educational background and different practice time reflected statistical significance (P〈0.05). And the influencing factors of caring ability included insufficient nursing staff, nursing staff's quality and personalized caring need of patients with different cultural background. Conclusion The caring ability of nursing students needs to be improved. Nursing students with different educational backgrounds show differences in caring ability. The training of caring ability is beneficial to improving their self-confidence and clinical practice ability.
