摘要
本文介绍了一种基于激光调阻机的辅助多功能电源的研制,该电源作为激光调阻机的外围控制电路可以输出两路稳定可调的电压,并能输出可在0-3s内实现快速通断的40A大电流。本文分析了该电源的设计背景,并从系统的工作原理、硬件设计和软件设计等部分进行了详细的介绍。
This paper introduces how to develop a kind of auxiliary function power supply based on the laser resistor trimming machine. According to the customer's needs, this power supply as a peripheral controller of the laser resistor trimming machine can output two branches of stable, adjustable and accurate voltages. It also can output 40A large current which can be turned on or off rapidly in just 0 - 3s. This paper not only analyzes the background of this design, but also introduces it from following aspects: the working principle, the hardware design, the software design and so on.
